Children's Author Eileen Wacker has come out with an Adventure Series inspired by her interest in Eastern culture. With titles
such as "Green Hamster and The Quest For Fun," "Red Penguin and the Missing Sushi," "Silent Samurai and the Magnificent Rescue" and "Pink Hamster and the Birthday Surprise," the enchanting stories will open children's eyes to another culture. I purchased the Red Penguin & the missing Sushi for my daughter and she just luuuuvs it!

OMG! We love this book. Our children love the characters. The red penguin's adventures had the kids laughing but also asking great questions (little did they know that a fun kids book would lead to subtle moral lessons!)
Great drawings too.
Also, as parents, we appreciate that the author used some "stretch" words and unusual phrases - we felt that the young ones were learning more than they usually do with most children's books. Great use of Asian themes and customs - we learned a few things too. We will be gifting this unusual find this Christmas for sure.
